<p>Passive RFID LED Label that assists the location and query of the item, how to light up the LED?</p>
<p>RFID+LED perfectly solves the needs of various application scenarios for item identification and label visualization.</p>
<p>Feature of Passive UHF LED Label</p>
<p>It’s necessary to encode data into RFID Chip’s EPC memory before usage, which simulates the related different label/article numbers, then the specific labels can be read and get LED flashing by RFID reader or handheld.</p>
<p><strong>Encoding can be done with universal RFID label printers or roll-to-roll automatic label testing machine.</strong></p>
<p>Thanks Kiloway developed KX2005XBL UHF chip with OTP memory, powers such passive UHF LED Label. OTP chip means data can be only encoded once and encoded data impossible to be erased after encoding. RFID chip will remain long time data storage ability with following characteristics:</p>
<p>A: If you do not encounter 1 to 0, the obtained data will be: 0 remains 0, 1 remains 1, or 0 becomes 1 until the end, after the writing operation is over, the original data is overwritten by new data, and the successful rewriting is realized.</p>
<p>B: If it encounters 1 to 0, it cannot be written, causing the chip to immediately return a failure signal and terminate the subsequent operation, and the new data writing fails. Part of the data before the failed position will be: 0 remains 0, 1 remains 1, or 0 becomes 1, with possible risk of data errors.</p>

<p>This is a practical example of UHF LED label. Introducing the use of UHF LED label in combination with smart tool trolley to solve the difficulty of finding the desired tool among hundreds of similar-looking tools.</p>
<p>UHF LED label is attached to each tool package. After using RFID reader to take inventory of these labels, select the desired tool on the screen, and the RFID reader will transmit a signal. When the UHF LED label receives the signal, the RFID chip will activate the LED light and emit flashes of light, helping the user to quickly find the corresponding tool. UHF LED label can also be used to quickly locate assets such as archives, books, cables, jewelry, biological samples, logistics boxes, etc.</p>
