What is your minimum order quantity for wristbands? 100 pcs.
What’s the turnaround time? We have the fastest turnaround time in the nation. Standard turnaround is 7 days production and 7 days shipping. The best part about our company is that we guarantee our delivery dates.
What sizes are available? If you want a custom size then please call our sales team and they will advise you on how to place a special order.

I need to make a change to the order that I placed. Contact with our sales team and they will try to make the change as long as the order is not in production.
How printing will appear on Tyvek/Plastic? All Tyvek/Plastic bands the message is always left indent unless any special instruction is given.
I want custom rubber wristbands, Is your price lowest? Our prices are ALWAYS the lowest in the market for wristbands. We can assure you that there will be no company in the market that will be able to provide a lower price and faster turnaround then our company.
Badge Holders/ID Reels Printing Extra Charges Depending on the gradiation of colors and artwork complexities for overlapping colors, there might be additional cost which can be informed post proof made by factory.

About Artwork

Can I put a logo or emblem on my bands? Yes you can send your own logo to our sales.
Why the color of actual products is not exact same as the proof I approve? The colors of the proof as shown are approximate and will differ on each computer monitor. We use PANTONE color number for mixing colors.
Can I use other font, not the regular font? Yes, you can provide the font you want to print on the band.
Can I customize wristbands with a different color than the popular colors? Yes you can use any color from the Pantone Card.

Can I preview before I purchase? We offer you free proof before you decide to purchase and a hassle free experience.
Will I be charged extra if want to change the proof before confirming the order? No, you can make as many changes as you like.
I received my proof and I want to make a change. How can I do that? Simply reply back to the email proof that you received and tell us the change you would like and we will revise the proof and send you a new proof.
How long does it take to get a digital proof? It will take anywhere from 4-6 hours.
What is a digital proof? A digital proof is a digital image of how your wristbands will look. We will show you a image before we start production. You can make as many changes as you like to the digital proof until you are satisfied.
How can I confirm to the proof I received? Simply reply to the proof email stating that you confirm the proof layout and then we will start production.
